For as long as I hear from many people who compare their own homemade products from restaurants products, and wonder why their homemade products do not look like market products.

- Kids from my point of view must love the kitchen, starting with the small things.
- Young people are important, in order to learn simple things that avails them many expenses in restaurants, and it is also healthier, because they've simply made those products themselves.
- Teach others to use taste as a key to innovation.
- Fearing the kitchen for so many people is like a fake fence, I care about breaking, and destroying that fence.
- Fearing the disposition of some additions to recipes is like a law to some, and that is a common mistake.
- It is really important not to decide without tasting, some additions give a lot.
- There must be imagination, Simply imagine adding sugar to a cup of tea, taste of sweetness.
I think that frequent practice and saving much information makes from a person an Encyclopedia that supports him recalling the right info in the right time.
The point of my interest in this field, was my childhood dream, but my busyness,and responsibilities, forced me to ignore my dream for a period of time, probably wasn't short but my insistence and the help I've got from my husband to reach for my ambitions, in teaching, and being taught, has made me more able to fulfill my dream.
