The Crai InForma allergies and intolerance function aimed at allergic or intolerant people but also to all those who want to avoid certain ingredients within the products they consume (such as meat, preservatives, sugars etc.). In fact, in addition to the choice of fourteen allergens compulsorily indicated by law on labels, the application allows you to ascertain the presence of any ingredient used in the preparation of Crai brand products.

How is the service activate?

Register on the website www.craiweb.it in the Miocrai section, at the end of the registration you will be sent an email. Open the email and complete the registration by entering the number of your Crai card more or smile card - requestable free of charge at all Crai stores - and your mobile number.

Then access the Crai InForma : here you can define one or more personal profiles, selecting the ingredients that you do not want to be present in the products to be purchased.

Download on your smartphone, using the Update function, the profiles you created and, using the Crai products check function, frame with the camera the barcode of the product you are buying. Crai InForma will display the product label data and compare your profile with the ingredients contained in the product highlighting the health traffic lights: green all right, red not to buy, yellow proceed carefully!

Why register on the website www.craiweb.it, and enter the number of the Crai Carta card plus or smile paper and mobile phone?

The Crai card number and the mobile number are used for the user recognition and to allow them to download their profile on the smartphone.
